1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the R6 Marketplace platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the R6 Marketplace immediately.
These terms apply to all users of the platform, including buyers, sellers, visitors, and any other individuals who access our Rainbow Six Siege cosmetic trading services. The R6 Marketplace reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. 2.Eligibility and Account Requirements
To use the R6 Marketplace, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your use of the platform. Each individual is permitted one account on the R6 Marketplace.
Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify the R6 Marketplace immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. A valid Ubisoft account linked to an active Rainbow Six Siege license is required for all trading activities on our platform.
3.Trading Rules and Conduct
All trading activities on the R6 Marketplace must comply with our community guidelines, these Terms of Service, and applicable laws. Users agree to trade only legitimate Rainbow Six Siege cosmetic items, including elite skins, weapon skins, charms, and bundles that are eligible for transfer within the Ubisoft ecosystem. Sellers must accurately describe all items they list on the R6 Marketplace, including condition, rarity, and any relevant details that may affect buyers’ purchasing decisions.
Misleading listings, counterfeit items, or items obtained through unauthorized means are strictly prohibited. Buyers agree to complete payment promptly upon committing to a purchase and to confirm receipt of items promptly. Both buyers and sellers agree not to engage in price manipulation, market manipulation, or any form of collusion that could undermine the fairness and integrity of the R6 Marketplace trading environment.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
The R6 Marketplace charges a transparent service fee on completed transactions. Current fee structures are displayed prominently on the platform and are applied at the time of transaction completion. Fees are non refundable except in cases where a transaction is reversed through our dispute resolution process.
All prices listed on the R6 Marketplace are in the currency specified on the listing and do not include any applicable taxes, which are the responsibility of the individual user based on their jurisdiction. Payment processing is handled through our secure payment partners, and the R6 Marketplace does not store complete credit card information on its servers. Withdrawals of seller earnings are subject to our verification procedures and processing timelines, which vary based on the withdrawal method selected and regional banking requirements.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on the R6 Marketplace are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Rainbow Six Siege, Ubisoft, and all associated game content are trademarks and intellectual property of Ubisoft Entertainment. The R6 Marketplace is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ubisoft Entertainment.
Users retain ownership of content they create on the platform, such as listing descriptions and profile information, but grant the R6 Marketplace a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute this content in connection with the operation of our services. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any R6 Marketplace content without our explicit written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
The R6 Marketplace provides its services on an as-is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we implement extensive security measures and quality controls, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times.
The R6 Marketplace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the R6 Marketplace shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to the platform in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
The R6 Marketplace reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms of Service, community guidelines, or applicable laws. Actions that may result in account suspension include, but are not limited to, fraudulent activity, listing prohibited items, engaging in harassment or abusive behavior toward other users, creating multiple accounts, attempting to circumvent platform security measures, or providing false information during registration or verification.
Upon account suspension or termination, any pending transactions may be cancelled, and escrowed funds will be handled in accordance with our dispute resolution policies. Users whose accounts are terminated may not create new accounts on the R6 Marketplace without explicit written permission from our administrative team.
8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms of Service or your use of the R6 Marketplace shall first be addressed through our internal dispute resolution process as outlined in our Dispute Resolution Policy. If the internal process does not resolve the matter, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing formal legal action.
